This book make it super possible to stay fit, stable, and moving well at home: it's a non-complicated and easy-to-follow workout plan that mixes bodyweight moves with fasting on and off (the very famous intermittent) for solid outcomes... basically with no gym needed. It also includes very useful weekly "tracking sheets". The exercises is gentle but works good, perfect for those instances where you need to get back to a good fitness state.
